Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the ACA Secretariat (e-mail or fax). Cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 26 January 2018: no fee.
Cancellation after 26 January 2018 up to 2 February 2018: 50% of the seminar fee.
Cancellation after 2 February 2018: 100% of the seminar fee. The seminar participation is transferable to another person. Please inform the ACA Secretariat in this case. Persons who register and do not attend the seminar will be charged the full fee.
