Barbara Kudrycka is the new Polish Minister of Science and Higher Education

In Poland’s new government headed by Donald Tusk, Professor Barbara Kudrycka is the new Minister of Science and Higher Education. Most recently, Barbara Kudrycka was a member of the European Parliament in Brussels. She holds a Ph.D. and venia legendi (habilitation) from Warsaw University and is a specialist in administrative law and public administration. Importantly, Professor Kudrycka was the rector of the Bialystok School of Public Administration.  Under her leadership, this institution consistently scored high in the higher education rankings conducted by Polish ACA member Perspektywy Foundation.
